We provide auditing, regulatory readiness, and quality systems consulting tailored to each engagement.
Deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in written statements of work or proposals.
Clients provide accurate information, timely access, and the internal resources needed for success.
We protect client data and share information only as required to deliver services.
SME Lab Auditing provides consulting services on a project or retainer basis. All deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria are outlined in a written agreement or statement of work.
SME Lab Auditing retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, templates, and methodologies. Client-specific deliverables are provided for internal use, unless otherwise stated in writing.
SME Lab Auditing provides professional guidance based on the information available at the time of engagement. We do not guarantee specific regulatory outcomes, and our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice, subject to the terms of the agreement. Outstanding work completed prior to termination remains billable.
